Patient Portal is available to all Eagan Valley Pediatrics patients. Parents and patients can send secure messages to our staff and also request 

 

immunization records, diagnosis list, medications, and other information from their records.

 

Please speak with our receptionists for more information and to set up an account.

 

*If a patient is over 18 years of age, the account must be with the patient, not the parent. If any patient under 18 has confidential information in their chart, parents may not have access to that child's chart, unless approved by the child/teen. Please discuss with your provider. If you have any problems with setting up an account, access to the chart, etc-please contact our staff.
